Paskaia
Strategy work, brand identity & wireframes
About
Paskaia is a fast growing company within climate compensation, reforesting almost 1,600 ha of savannah with over 3 million trees, ultimately sequestering some 400,000 t CO2 that has been removed or avoided from the atmosphere. Based in La Mosquitia, Honduras, they focus on reliable climate solutions while supporting rural development and local jobs.
The brief
Over 8 weeks, we helped strengthen Paskaia’s brand communication and improve their digital presence by creating clearer messaging, a more user-friendly website structure, and strategic design guidelines.
Project deliverables:
Strategy work
While Paskaia already had strong passion, clear vision, and compelling visual assets through their amazing in-house photography, much of the brand foundation remained undefined. The need for structure and consistency in both communication and visual identity was clear. We therefore started with the essentials: developing a communication strategy to serve as the foundation for all future design work. Through this process, we clarified the their strengths and defined the key qualities that should consistently come through in their communication.
Graphic manual
After analysing their competitors, we pitched three different concepts for Paskaia’s visual expression. The selected direction, “Back to the Roots”, was inspired by their beautiful photography and the natural environment they work within. The concept and design work was led by Emma Larsson together with Patrycja Sambor and myself. The graphic manual was put together mainly by Emma and Patrycja.
Web design
Parallell to our strategy and concept work, the other half of the group was working on a new web structure. Lead by Isabelle Petersson together with Kate Spasova and Varja Berglund.

Client feedback
“Tack Ella och resten av gruppen för ett väl utfört arbete. Var både givande och kul att att få förmånen att arbeta med er. Nu får vi på Paskaia se till att använda alla bra förslag ni kom med. Lycka till nu allihop!️”
– Magnus Bergström, VD Paskaia
Process
My main focus as the project manager was structuring the work flow, keeping contact with the client and strategy work. However since this was a higly collaborative project, I also pitched in with the design work.
Naturally, working in a group of six people with several parallell projects (strategy, design, wireframes..) while also trying to involve the client, there were challenges, but together we pulled through and delivered our design suggestions in time.
